Narrative challenge
We were challenged to create a narrative out of a few randomly generated themes and settings. Our narrative was based on: pirates, small town, environmental issue, documentary, survival.
Out story was two pirates go to a town that was effected by a nuclear plant explosion while filming documentary style their travels. However the town isn’t deserted and actually filled with mutated town people. The pirates must escape before they themselves start to mutate.

Initial ideas based on the brief
I looked at my ‘Art of Moana’ and ‘Art of Spiderman into the Spiderverse’ books to get some inspiration of how they developed their environments and mainly buildings. I liked how the book on the left presented the house as a 3D object and I think planning like that would really help my project
