Photos me and my group took as we walked around Elephant and Castle for inspiration for our narrative. We were interested in the contrast between the run-down areas and the new shiny built-up areas. After discussing ideas, we decided on a horror story about the gentrification in the area. we wanted to use symbolism in this that played with the name elephant and castle. Our narrative was based on an elephant that allowed a castle to be built on its back, but the people exploited this and continued to build until the elephant collapsed and the city fell into chaos.
